Spinach Balls

Makes about 4 dozen appetizers

10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed & drained
(or 6 cups fresh baby spinach leaves, chopped)
2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
3 eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 350.  Mix all ingredients in large bowl.  Shape into walnut-sized balls & place on oiled baking sheet.  Bake 15-20 minutes, turning once.
