Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Makes 3/4 cup



1/2 cup raw cashews

2 TB nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp garlic powder

Place all ingredients in food processor and process until a coarse meal forms.  Will keep in an airtight container in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
