Black Bean Dip


1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained & rinsed
½ tsp minced garlic
2 TB lemon juice
2 TB olive oil
1 ½ TB tahini
¾ tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cayenne

Puree all ingredients until smooth. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies.
