Baked Kalamata Olives

2 cups kalamata olives
1/2 cup dry red or white wine
3 TB olive oil
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 tsp oregano
2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Preheat oven to 375. Place olives in baking dish in a single layer. Add wine, 1.5 TB oil, & garlic. Cover & bake 45 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients.
