Banana-Spinach Post-Workout Smoothie

Makes 1 smoothie
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
1 banana
1 TB peanut butter
1 large handful spinach
Blend all ingredients until smooth- enjoy!
