Berry Power Smoothie

makes about 2 servings

Drink about 1 hour before exercise, or simply enjoy for breakfast!

3/4 cup cauliflower florets
1 cup frozen raspberries
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup red or orange pepper strips
3 oz. plain Greek yogurt

Steam cauliflower and transfer to food processor. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
