Our Story

These recipes consist of favorite selections from various cookbooks & magazines, along with some of my original recipes. Shanti was raised vegetarian by his mother, Evie, who has been a wonderful source in this cooking endeavor. The main idea is healthy eating and how you really can thrive on a meatless diet. From whole grains in main dishes to honey (rather than refined sugar) in desserts, this collection will hopefully have something for everyone!
