Fruity Red Smoothie

3/4 cup cranberry juice
1 cup (8 oz.) strawberry yogurt
1 1/2 cups strawberries
1 cup raspberries
(use fresh or frozen berries)
2 TB maple syrup or honey

In a blender, combine all ingredients & puree until smooth.
