Spinach-Strawberry Salad

1/3 pomegranate juice
3 TB sugar
3 TB cider vinegar
2 TB canola oil
2 TB dark sesame oil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
9 oz. fresh spinach (or other greens)
3/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 cups hulled strawberries, quartered
1/2 cup slivered almonds
4 oz. goat cheese, crumbled

1. Make dressing: combine juice, sugar, vinegar, oils, & red pepper flakes in small jar with tight-fitting lid; shake well.
2. Combine spinach & onion in large bowl. Add dressing & toss to coat. Add strawberries & toss gently.  Top with almonds & goat cheese; serve immediately.
