Humus Dip


Source: Favorite Brand Name Vegetarian Cooking

1 can (15 oz.) garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
2 TB lemon juice
¼ cup water plus 2 TB
¼ cup tahini
2 TB olive oil
1 large clove garlic, chopped
¼ tsp ground cumin

Place ingredients in blender & puree until smooth. Transfer to serving bowl; cover & refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving
