Cheddar Biscuits

Makes 18 biscuits

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup whole wheat flour
4 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1/3 cup oil
2/3 cup milk
½ cup shredded cheddar

1. Preheat oven to 475. Stir dry ingredients together. Stir in the rest of the ingredients with a fork until the mixture easily leaves the side of the bowl.
2. Form 1 inch balls and press down onto greased baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
