Makes one 1.5 lb loaf
1 ½ cups boiling water
¾ cup cracked wheat
2 TB oil
2 TB sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
2 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp yeast
1. Add cracked wheat to heat-proof bowl; stir in boiling water; let mixture stand 20 minutes
2. Pour wheat mixture into bread pan; add rest of ingredients in order above; select 1.5 lb, fruit & nut course (7).
