Reading Ingredient Labels

Eating healthy requires looking at ingredient labels to see what exactly you're going to put into your body. Typically I've found that shorter ingredient lists mean less artificial additives & chemicals. The first few ingredients are most important since ingredients are listed in descending order (the most prevalent ingredient is listed first). Reading labels may seem tedious at first, but soon you'll become familiar with brands that contain less or no artificial ingredients.
