Makes 14-16 three-inch pancakes
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 TB sugar
1 ½ cups milk
1 egg
3 TB oil
1. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, & salt
2. In another larger bowl, beat egg; stir in milk & oil
3. Stir dry ingredients into wet; adjust consistency if needed by adding flour or milk
4. Cook on oiled pan
