Caraway Rye Bread (bread maker)


Source: Breadman Pro Recipe Guide
Makes one 1.5 lb loaf

1 cup warm water
1 egg
3 TB oil
3 TB honey
2 TB dry milk
1 ½ tsp salt
1 ½ cups bread flour
¾ cup whole wheat flour
2/3 cup rye flour
2 TB caraway seeds
2 tsp active dry yeast

Add ingredients to bread maker pan in the order above; select 1.5 lb, whole wheat course (3).  Slice & top with butter & extra caraway seeds if desired.
