Evie’s Fruit Crisp


(slightly modified by Aimee)

1 cup flour
2 1/2 cups oats
½ tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla
3-4 cups chopped fruit

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix dry ingredients together in bowl: flour, oats, salt, baking powder, & cinnamon
3. Mix oil, honey, & vanilla in larger bowl
4. Stir dry ingredients into honey mixture; stir in fruit
5. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top (optional)
6. Bake for 45 minutes
