Aimee’s Cheesy Pinto Bean Patties


Makes 6 patties

1 cup bread crumbs
1 15-oz. can pinto beans, undrained
1 cup shredded cheddar
½ tsp garlic salt
1 tsp parsley
2 TB olive oil

1. Put beans in blender & chop; empty into a large bowl
2. Add garlic salt, parsley, cheese & bread crumbs; mix
3. Form mixture into 4 patties.
4. Place on oiled baking sheet, brush with oil, & bake 10 minutes per side.
