Makes 8 cutlets
14 ounces firm tofu, drained & pressed
1/4 cup tamari
1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
2 TB butter for frying
1. Cut tofu into 8 rectangular cutlets. Place tamari in 13 x 9 baking dish; marinate 10 minutes per side.
2. Cover both sides of each cutlet in yeast flakes
3. Fry until crisp on both sides, about 8 minutes per side.
